The Continuing Resolution runs out January 30th.
Given that the Trump administration is running our government as a destructive and scofflaw enterprise, I demand that you use your power as a senator to shut down the government on that date.
The kidnappings of U.S. residents, the operation of the executive so largely as a for-the-officials’-profit enterprise, and above all the abuse of the U.S. military to peremptorily murder Venezuelans and kidnap the Venezuelan president outweigh the decreasing good the government is doing.
You have power. It is long past time for you to use it. Shut down this criminal folly.
